Absentee bids placed in the Silent Auction must be received no later than 5 pm on Friday, October 3rd, 2008. Absentee bids may be faxed to Gates Consulting Group at (212) 228-7443 or emailed to eboni@gatesconsultinggroup.com.

Successful bidders will be notified by telephone or email by Tuesday, October 7, 2008. All works will be sent to a storage/shipping facility immediately upon the conclusion of the event. Arrangements for shipping (at the purchaser’s expense) must be made by the purchaser within four (4) business days of the auction.
