(b. 1941, Israel) lives in NYC. He has had some forty solo exhibitions including seminal shows in the 70’s at Bertha Urdang Gallery and Hal Bromm Gallery, NY. Jumping ahead to the 90’s he’s had exhibits at Kim Foster Gallery, NYC, and at galleries and museums in Israel including the Museum of Art in Ein Harod. Since 2000 he’s had exhibits in Israel; NYC (Gallery 25N); and elsewhere. Koki has been in many major group shows including at PS. 1; Brooklyn Museum; John Weber Gallery, NYC; Israel Museum; Artist’s Space.

The auction work is a major new work of a mature artist committed to abstraction for some forty years.
