(b. 1979, Califormia) received his MFA in 2007 from the California College of the Arts. He has had solo exhibitions in 2008 at Lisa Dent Gallery, San Francisco and in 2005 at Marghitta Feldman Gallery, Portland, OR. Among his group shows are the 2008 Joan Mitchell Foundation Awards Show, CUE Foundation, NY; Sunday L.E.S., NY; Irvine Contemporary, Washington, DC. He is represented by Richard Heller Gallery, LA and Irvine Contemporary, Wsah. D.C. In 2007 he was in First Look II, Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art, Peekskill, NY and in 2007-8 in XXL – Large Scale Painting, at HVCCA where he work was included along with major works by Neo Rauch, Jonathan Meese, and John Newsom.

His new work at the auction builds on his remarkable painterly craftmanship and individuality in creating a very contemporary landscape with surrealistic echoes.
